That is when we take your compassion and donations, and leverage them with compassion and donations from other individuals, businesses and organizations, to provide a higher “return on your investment.” This is proven annually at Tent City where each $1 donated returns over $20 in value to the guests.

For example, ProMedica, Mercy and UTMC Health Systems unite to create a full-scale medical clinic at Tent City to deliver access to high-level, life saving services.

This of course doesn’t happen without your initial contribution of “1” – your sponsorship, in-kind gifts, and donations, leverage the entire community’s compassion. This is the “power of 1.”
